Cancellation Policy

At Essence Kinesiology, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may need to change. To provide the best service for all our clients, we kindly ask for the following:

• Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  Any cancelation before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur no fee.
  
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of the full price of the appointment.
  
• Missed Appointments: No-shows will be charged the full session fee.
